He walks through three action points: keeping our hearts pure, wearing "eye protection" by guarding what we allow our eyes to take in, and keeping our hands clean through immediate and even painful steps away from sin.

The sermon closes with a word of grace and hope. Just as Jesus showed compassion to the woman caught in adultery in John 8, he doesn't leave us condemned — he took our punishment to the cross. Pastor Joel reminds the congregation that 1 John 1:9 promises forgiveness and cleansing to all who confess, and encourages anyone wrestling with lust to act decisively today, trusting that this struggle does not define who they are in Christ.
